Einstein was born in Ulm, Germany on March 14th, 1879 in an good family. His mother made him discover the arts and his father, who managed a factory of electrochemistry. His family moved to Switzerland and he went to a polytechnic school in Zurich. He met with Mileva Maric there, who is also a student, whom he marries in 1903.
In 1905, he published three big fundamental articles: the brownien movement, the photoelectric effect and the special theory of relativity. He became a professor in several universities of Europe.
He pursued his research on the general theory of relativity in 1915. And was awarded the Nobel prize in 1921 for his theory.
