je fais 2 exemples, tu fais le reste

1) ( 5 x +7) ( x -2) + ( 5 x +7) ( x +4) = 0
    ( 5 x +7) ( x - 2 + x + 4) = 0
   ( 5 x +7) ( 2 x + 2 ) = 0

soit 5 x + 7 = 0
       5 x = - 7
           x = - 5/7

soit 2 x + 2 = 0
       2 x = - 2
         x = - 1

2)  ( y + 3) ( y -7) - ( y +3) ( 11 -2 y ) = 0
   (y +3) ( y - 7 - 11 + 2 y ) = 0
   ( y + 3) ( 3 y - 18) = 0
soit y + 3 = 0 et y = - 3
soit 3 y - 18 = 0
       3 y = 18
         y = 6
