Alors d'abord, tu marques que pour x=0 on a : a*0+b=b=5 ( car a*0=0 ^^)
Pour x=4 on a : a*4+b = 4a+b = -1
Ensuit tu fais un système à chaque fois tu mets des accolades devant :
b=5
4a+b=-1
b=5
4a=-1-5
b=5
4a=-6
b=5
a=-3/2
donc ta fonction est determinee sur h(x)=(-3/2)x+5
