I think a good education is really important to have a good job for several reasons: 

First of all if you are well educated you are polite so you speak properly to your employer/boss, you are well mannered you have the good words to say what you want. Also, you do not have a provocative outfit. It is very important to be well brought up, I think everything is about education, it is power.
