In Los Angeles there is different district. Like Venice Beach, by the sea you can you can take advantage of the view and you drive around your feet in the sand. Then you can go to swim in the water clear of the sea. It's a district very tourist, you can buy food or clothes in some little shops. There are animation's show of dance sing or roller in the street, it's very funny! There is also the fitness gym in full area which is very famous. In the back you have Venice like Venice in Italia, because Americans take the idea of Italians there is a long time a century ago, and you can walk in boat in little streets with rivers.
Santa Monica is a district like the 16th district in Paris, the district of the new rich. The third avenue is a street pedestrian very famous full of little shop. It's a walk very nice. At the oceanfront there is a wooden pontoon: The Santa Monica Pier. On this there are a lot of coffee and shops, and there are also the famous wheel and the carousel. There is a festive ambiance.
Beverly Hills is a district when there are villas of stars. You can take the little train for see it and you walk in streets. Rodeo Drive is a famous street of Beverly Hills with luxury shop like Chanel, Paco Rabanne, Nina Ricci, Prada.. You can make your shopping like Julia Roberts in the movie Pretty Woman.
Without forgetting the famous hill with the big letters of H.O.L.L.Y.W.O.O.D. and nearby you have an observatory, you have a beautiful view on all LosAngles.
In the surroundings of L.A. there are many attraction park like Universal Studio Hollywood, it's a park for discover the world of the cinema. Disneyland, it's the same that the one of Paris, you discover the world of the princess and people Disney. Siflag it's an attraction park with only rus mountain.

In San Francisco what is famous are different district. Like the Castro Street who is the district of gay, peoples gay are very eccentric over there, and it's over here that there was the first Gay Pride of the world. Haight-Ashbury is the district of hippie, there is a lot of color and big draw on the wall of the apartment block. The Chinatown is the district of the Chinese like the real Chine.
In San Francisco the Alcatraz penitentiary is very famous, you can visit it and its lighthouse, it illuminate since 1840 and today again. The penitentiary is on Alcatraz island, situate on the Pacific Sea, at the edge of the city. There is also the Golden Gate, it's a bridge join San Francisco to another city : Sausalito. You can cross the bridge on foot and make the most of the view if not on car. In the center of the town they use always the old streetcar for public transport.
Lombart Street is a street very famous in San Francisco because it snake and it is very sloping. It is very visited by tourists, because today it is beautiful because there is flowers all around.
At the north there is the sequoia's forest, the sequoia it's the more big tree of the world! For cross this forest, they had do hole in the tree for make a tunnel for the car passed.

Las Vegas is a town create in a desert, it is famous for its casinos. For example the MGN casino, it's a casino that do many show like box combat, especially it's the one of the last ones place where Mc Tyson has fight.
You can visit a reproduction in miniature of Venice, take a boat and see the landscapes of real Venice. You can do the same thing for Paris in miniature and see the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe.
Death Valley National Park, is a desert with only sand dune, it's situated under the level of the sea, it make very hot, around 57°C for the more hot. You can cross the Death Valley in car but you can do little hike pedestrian.
The Grand Canyon, it's a canyon dig by the Colorado river, its temperature is normal, like the temperature habitual in Arizona. Now a footbridge all in glace was construed, it is The Grand Canyon Skywalk. That allow take advantage entirely of the landscape. But it is necessary you haven't scared, because is very impressive.
Make a good trip in the West coast of the United States.

In L A, there are different districts. Venice, for example, looks like a sea side resort. Venice was built in the early 20's by a rich tobacco industry man who loved "Venise" and decided to create the American Venice. So he digged artificial canals and you could sail on boats.You can walk along the Ocean front walk, skate in a recently built huge skate park, cycle quietly on the cycle paths next to the beach. There are many excentric people, singing, practicing yoga or playing music. It's really funny watching them ! It's a very touristic place; you'll find many shops and restaurants. Don't forget to have a look at the famous Muscle outdoor gymnasium. There's also a quite famous surf spot with a break wave.
Santa Monica is north of Venice. The third avenue is a pedestrian street full of small shops. It's a very nice walk. The Santa Monica pier is famous.for its wheel and its carrousel. You can also eat and drink on it at different places. The beach is nice and you can sun bath. (si tu veux mettre que c'est comme le 16ème, fais le, mais c'est pas trop l'endroit des "nvx riches")
Beverly Hills is known for the magnificent villas where the stars live. Many tourist buses, even a small wheel train (y a pas de "vrai" train que je sache ?) can take you to try to see them but they are hidden by gardens or high walls. You can fly by helicopters as well. Rodeo Drive is famous for the luxury shops as Gucci, Chanel, Nina Ricci, Prada etc.. You can do shopping as Julia Robert in the movie "Pretty Woman"
Don't forget the famous hill with those huge letters H.OL.L.Y.W.O.O.D you can see when you arrive by plane to the international LA airport. Nearby, there's an observatory where you'll have a beautiful view surrounding L.A.
Next to L.A. you might visit the Hollywood Universal Studio . There are many attractions and you 'll see a lot of what was used for many movies.
In the Orange County, south of L.A., you can also go to Disneyland, the first Disney attraction park built. Disneyworld was created later on in Florida and it's bigger. Seaworld is also south of L.A. but not as far as Disneyland. You'll see shows with dolphins .... (Siflag je connnais pas et je sais pas si on dit 'rus mountains')
San Francisco, called Frisco by the american people, has also different districts. Castro street is the gay district. The first Gay Pride of the world took place there. Haight-Ashbury was the flower people, the hippies place in the 60's during the Vietnam war. There are many houses, more than buildings, covered with colorful drawings. The Frisco Chinatown is one of the biggest one in the United States.
In the San Francisco bay, you can visit the Alcatraz penitentiary. (je compreends pas ce que tu as mis après : lighthouse = phare ??and its lighthouse; it illuminates since 1840 and still today.). You can see this penitentiery from the Fisherman's Wharf where you can eat seafood specialities.
In San Francisco, there are still public transports as tramways.
Lombard street is very famous. It's a small street very sloppy and snaky with flowers all around.
The Golden gate bridge is the most famous bridge of the San Fancisco ; it joins the city to Sausalito, which was before a small fishing hippy village. The houses were built on "pilotis". You can cross the bridge walking or driving of course.
North of San Francisco, you can hike in the Sequoia National Park. There are the highest sequoia's trees of the world. To drive through the park, they had to dig a hole in one of these trees to make a tunnel !!

Las Vegas is in Arizona. When you're in Yosemite National Park, east of San Francisco, you can see Arizona on the other side. Vegas is created in the desert. It's famous for gambling, casinos...The MGM casino is famous for its shows as boxing ones. It's the last place where Mike Tyson has fought.
You can visit the italian Venice on a small scale whith its landscapes and boats; same thing with Paris and the miniatures of the Eiffel Tower,and Arc de Triomphe.
Death Valley National Park is a desert with sand dunes, situated under the see level. It can be very hot,the temperature can reach 57° celsius; but at winter time, it can be quite cold as well and snow. It takes a long time to drive through the Death Valley. The roads are endless.You can hike in some part of it to admire the landscape or sunsets as in the Zabriskie Point.
The Grand Canyon is a canyon digged by the Colorado river. The temperature is hot in summer, cold in winter. Now a foot bridge all in glace (??? je comprends pas) has been built; it's called the Grand Canyon Skywalk. It allows you to have a wonderful view of the landscape (? c'est ce que j'ai cru comprendre...) But you need not be afraid of emptyness because it's quite scary !
